Matchwits is a knowledge competition that is played by teams made up of four individuals answering questions covering all areas of academia. Pikes Peak Christian competes in the Black Forest League against several other private and public schools.
High School Matchwits Team
Competes August - April. The regular season ends with the Colorado Regional Knowledge Bowl, in which the top teams qualify for the Colorado State Knowledge Bowl. Often, our High School team is also invited to Nationals, as well as to the Rocky Mountain Quiz Kids televised competition once held by PBS and now Fox 21.
Middle School Matchwits Team
Competes January - April with other Black Forest schools.
Middle & High School Schedules
- Practices are on Mondays @ 3:30.
- If we have a Monday holiday, practices will be scheduled on the Tuesday that we return.
- Matches are once per month during the season on Mondays, beginning at 5:30pm.
