Student Absence Form

Parents & Guardians can complete this form in order to:

Report a student Absent for Today (and request homework for pick-up)
Report and request a Planned Future Absence

Notification is provided to the School Office, who will mark the attendance record and, for planned absences, notify the appropriate Principal for review.*

*FYI: Form notifications and confirmations are processed on the quarter-hour (every 15 minutes), not immediately.
