2025-26 NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS & REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Age Requirements
- EARLY START (2 YEAR OLDS)
Students must turn two years old by September 1st to be registered. Students must be two years old to attend. Students are not required to be toilet-trained for the 2-year-old class only. Students are not eligible to use our Before or After School program until they have turned 3 and are toilet-trained. - PRESCHOOL (3 YEAR OLDS)
Preschool students must be three years old by October 1 and toilet trained. - PREKINDERGARTEN (4 YEAR OLDS)
Prekindergarten students must be four years old by October 1 and toilet trained. - READY-SET-GO (4 YEAR OLDS)
Ready-Set-Go students must be four years old by May 15 and toilet-trained.
General Procedures for all Age Levels
- Complete the New Student Registration Form -by following the online instructions and link below and submit the Registration Fee (non-refundable) online.
- Provide the following Required Documents to the school office as soon as possible after registration
- No later than the first day of school:
- Current and updated Immunization Record Card or Exemption Form
- Sunscreen and Ointment Form
- If circumstance exists:
- Legal Documentation of Guardianship/Custody if student does not live with biological parent(s) or there is any form of shared custody or guardianship.
- The following must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of registration:
- Current physical examination (required annually)
- To be provided upon request:
- Verification of Birthdate (Birth Certificate, Passport, Government/Military ID
Review & Interview
- Verification of Birthdate (Birth Certificate, Passport, Government/Military ID
- No later than the first day of school:
- Full acceptance will be communicated after review and an in-person interview is conducted by the Preschool Director.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
- Read these directions and the Click the link below to go to the Registration site (will open in a new window)
- Click "Create New User" (next to Login button) to create an account
- You will then be asked to set up a User Account which requires your basic information and your email address and a password.
- Click "Create User"
- You will then be instructed to verify your account with a code sent to your email address from Praxi.
- Enter emailed code where asked to do so and verify
- You will then be directed to a log-in page as your account has been created
- Log in using Email & Password
- Select Start New form and choose 25/26 PRESCHOOL NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION form for your first new student
- Complete the form, including all consent requirements and choice of grade level
- Using the shopping cart, you will be required to pay the registration fee
- You will receive an email reflecting your submission and payment
- IMPORTANT If you have another student to register (a sibling), you can now do so by returning to the Registration Site using your email and password to log in as needed, since your account is already created.
- IMPORTANT for a new sibling, please choose the 25/26 PRESCHOOL NEW SIBLING Part 1 form.
2025-26 New Student Registration Link
- Please understand that registration is NOT complete until the registration fee is paid.
- You will receive another email when the office accepts your online registration.
- This acceptance temporarily secures your child’s seat until all documents are received and the school level Principal communicates full acceptance, thus securing a seat until the first day of school.
