High School Admissions

 

 

NEW / TRANSFER STUDENT ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

 
New student enrollment is started and finalized in the School Office. Enrollment procedures and requirements are listed below.
 
The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office in order to begin the admission process:
  • Enrollment Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)
 
The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to being considered for full acceptance:
  • Current and updated Immunization Record Card
  • Math Teacher Confidential Reference (mailed/faxed to the PPCS office)
  • English Teacher Confidential Reference (mailed/faxed to the PPCS office)
  • Principal/Counselor Confidential Reference (mailed/faxed to the PPCS office)
  • Copy of most recent Report Card or Transcript
  • Copy of most recent Standardized Test Results, if available
  • Records Release Form (to be mailed from the PPCS office after acceptance)
 
Testing may be required for students applying for high school.  Upon receipt of all the above items, an interview with the high school principal will be scheduled.  Applicants for high school are to accompany parent(s) to the interview. The following requirements must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of acceptance:
  • Current and Updated Physical Examination
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
