Pikes Peak Christian School is dually accredited by the National Christian School Association (NCSA) and AdvancED. Pikes Peak Christian School was first accredited by the NCSA in 1994 and then also by AdvancED in 2012. Since that time, it has maintained accreditation through an annual reporting process, as well as five year and ten year visits from NCSA's and now AdvancED's accrediting commissioners. The extracurricular activities of the high school at PPCS are also recognized and sanctioned by the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) since 2004.

The NCSA is an educational association of more than 120 secondary schools in 30 states serving more than 40,000 students. A Board of Commissioners comprised of administrators from accredited schools, university educators and public school administrators governs the process. The NCSA partners with AdvancED, the parent company of three of the nation’s regional accrediting bodies to offer dual accreditation with a single visit.The NCSA now accredits schools in twelve states and three accrediting regions.The Association is a founding member of the Coalition of Christian School Accreditors, a consortium of several private school organizations dedicated to preserving the integrity of the accreditation process for thousands of private schools across the nation. The NCSA is recognized by the Office of Non-Public Education in the U.S. Department of Education, the National Center for Educational Statistics and the U.S. Census Bureau. As a group, NCSA schools average between the 70th and 95th percentiles in standardized test scores.
AdvancED is the world’s largest education community, serving more than 30,000 public and private schools and districts across the United States and in more than 70 countries that educate over 16 million students. AdvancED brings together more than 100 years of experience and the expertise of three US-based accreditation agencies — the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI), Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI). The AdvancED Accreditation Process, a protocol embraced around the world, is a clear and comprehensive program of evaluation and external review, supported by research-based standards, and dedicated to helping schools, districts and education providers continuously improve.
The CHSAA is a voluntary association of 340 member schools, including 281 public, 41 private schools and 18 charter schools. Of the public schools, two have incarcerated or court-appointed student participants. Of the private schools, 28 are church-related. The CHSAA started in May, 1921. The mission of the CHSAA is to serve its membership through the advancement of, and the student's participation in, interscholastic activities, which are an integral component and a complement to the educational goals of its member schools.
