Waitlist Information

We are so glad you are considering PPCS for your student’s education. If the grade level you desire is full, we encourage you to go on our waitlist for that class/grade.

What it means:
• By going on the waitlist, a student is put in line to fill any opening that may occur throughout the school year. Often, due to a family moving or other circumstances, a student may withdraw creating an opening for the next student on our waitlist.
• Waitlists are also used by the school to measure the possibility of opening another classroom. These decisions are usually made in June based on waitlist numbers and other factors.
How to be placed on a waitlist:
To be placed on a waitlist for a class/grade you need to:
                   Submit the registration paperwork online.
Pay the registration fee to hold your waitlist position.
How do I know if a space opens for my child?
Once a spot opens and your student is next in the queue for that class/grade, our front office staff or the Principal will contact you by phone to give you the information and the opportunity to have your student attend. This will include details on tuition amounts, paperwork, and timing.

What if I no longer want to be on the waitlist?
If you no longer desire to be on the waitlist, simply contact the front office and request the refund of your registration fee. PPCS will remove your student from the waitlist and either mail out your refund or you can pick up at the front office.
